Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As a Sr. Warehouse Technician, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by supporting fulfillment activities within our Authentication Center, acting as a role model and peer leader on the team. What You Get To Do Everyday

- Provide team support as secondary point of contact  when the Fulfillment Lead is out of the business
- Act as a peer leader and role model for Fulfillment team members by effectively performing all required department task
- Adhere to all department standard operating procedures (SOPs) while consistently delivering at or above expectations
- Provide support to new team members during their training and ramp period
- Support with the facilitation of training as needed and communicate training opportunities when identified
- Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards
- Maintain shipping supplies, organize inventory, and keep a tidy workspace
- Provide cross-functional support to other departments depending on business needs
- Other tasks as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

- 6+ months of experience working in outbound fulfillment, preferably in an e-commerce facility
- A proven track record for leading by example by consistently achieving KPIs and metrics
- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Adaptability and openness to change
- A can-do attitude and willingness to proactively take on new challenges
- Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience and/or knowledge of luxury goods
- Ability to read and write in English
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite, and scanner technology
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to help identify opportunities to drive change

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18-$18. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
