Robotic Welder – Hartland, WI
$20–$28/hr | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Direct Hire
A precision manufacturing and tooling company in Hartland, WI is hiring a Robotic Welder to work with robotic welding equipment, tooling, fixtures, and custom-fabricated metal components.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $20–$28/hr based on experience
Job Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment
- Set up and load components for robotic welding
- Weld tooling, fixtures, frames, and fabricated metal components
- Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Adjust welding parameters and equipment as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment
- Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and finished work
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Robotic welding experience preferred
- MIG welding experience
- Experience with tooling, fixtures, fabrication, or custom metalwork is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
- Familiarity with measuring tools and dimensional inspection
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
