Pediatrix
Medical Group is seeking a dynamic
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our collaborative newborn nursery team in
Tacoma, Washington. This is a
rare opportunity to care exclusively for
well newborns, in collaboration with our Neonatologist group.
Practice Highlights
- Provide coverage at Tacoma General Hospital :
Largest hospital serving Southwest Washington, about 4000 deliveries annually
- Work alongside experienced Neonatologists and NNPs with in-house coverage
- Focus exclusively on well-baby nursery care
- No outpatient responsibilities

- Enjoy 9 -hour shifts with the ability to cluster shifts together, creating greater schedule flexibility and extended time off
- No call responsibility
- Fully supported by an experienced 9 physician staff

Qualifications
- PNP certification (Preferred)
- Minimum of a master’s degree
Benefits and Compensation
Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation. Salary is determined based on year of experience, ranging $127,000-$150,000.
