Training Coordinator Junior

Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator Junior role will be responsible for our Customer On-Job-Training (OJT) program at the site. The Training Coordinator Junior will be work closely with the customer to realize their OJT requirements and developing internal AHA documentations in alignment with Customer training manuals. The Training Coordinator Junior will also liaise with the Technical Advisor to ensure all documentations developed for OJT are also in compliance with Airbus Helicopters Management System and policies.

List of responsibilities:

● Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures

● Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations

● Review Customer Manuals and identifying key requirements of development

● Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of the Customers technicians

● Develop training assessment documentations in alignment with Customer Manuals

● Build annual OJT schedule in alignment with Site Manager and Training Supervisor

● Document Customer technicians progress against OJT

● Assess and document OJT effectiveness

● Update the OJT program in accordance Customer Manual

● Develop KPIs on OJT success percentage, No. of Customer trainees trained and Customer feedback

● Prepare and present reports to Program Manager, Operations Support Manager and Head of

Operations

● Conduct site visits at Customer location as required

● Participate in continuous improvement of PM training processes
