Love organising events and seeing your planning come to life? Glasshouse is looking for a passionate Functions Coordinator to help deliver memorable celebrations, corporate events and private functions.
Joining New Zealand Venue Co., you’ll work closely with our venue and kitchen teams to create a seamless experience from the first enquiry through to the final guest farewell.
About the role
- Manage function enquiries, bookings and client communication
- Coordinate event details, run sheets, special requests and payments
- Work with the kitchen and venue teams to ensure every event runs smoothly
- Support event setup and lead the team during service
- Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat bookings
About you
You’ll bring hospitality and functions or events experience, strong organisational skills and a warm, professional approach. You’re confident juggling priorities, solving problems and keeping an eye on the details. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
