The Night Warehouse Selector position with US Foods offers an opportunity to join a leading foodservice distribution company with strong career growth potential and a culture that promotes from within. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and productivity. The position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday nights, with a starting pay rate of $16.98 per hour plus incentive compensation. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 80+ pounds, working in varying temperature conditions, and meeting productivity goals. The pay for the position: $16.98-21.98
The starting pay rate is: $16.98/hr plus incentive compensation
Schedule: Full-time, Sunday - Thursday

Main Ingredients of the Job
As a US FOODS® Night Warehouse Selector you will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, instilling and reinforcing safety above all else. We TEAM UP to deliver exact and damage-free orders. Your efforts are the foundation that defines US FOODS® success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.
What You Bring to the Table
Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday.
- At times weekends and holidays will required
- Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred
- Lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
- Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality.
