Internship, Assistant Graphic Design (Winter/Spring 2027)

The People Content team is seeking a Video Production intern to join us in Austin, Texas. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. Supporting the business, this person will have a problem-solving mindset, a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. - Assist with the concepting, design, development, and delivery of HR/visual content across a variety of channels and formats, including digital, motion, print, events, and internal campaigns
- Translate briefs, ideas, and complex information into clear, engaging visual solutions
- Implement People Content plans quickly, including preparing and publishing content
- Review content to ensure a high standard of quality and consistency across design, animation, typography, grammar, and brand
- Collaborate with designers, producers, writers, and cross-functional partners to develop and refine creative
- Present work, receive feedback, and iterate quickly while developing strong creative rationale
- Identify and drive opportunities to enhance visual communication, creative systems, and processes across programs, events, and initiatives
- Model a collaborative, creative, fun, and results-driven culture

- Currently pursuing a degree in Video Production, or a related field
- Strong foundation in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling; experience or interest in motion graphics and illustration is a plus
- Ability to generate compelling ideas, solve problems, and achieve goals using design tool and software
- Skilled in graphic design tools and software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to articulate creative decisions, receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches to visual communication
- Positive attitude with a bias for action and solutions; ability to work well with others, including executives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and creative thinking; motion graphics, illustration, and photography work are welcome
