We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team, helping drive efficiency, communication, and business success across the organization.

Job Description

Investigates and resolves difficult collection problems. Interacts with debtors and helps guide the collection agents on best negotiation practices. Collection Supervisor will drive a successful collection team to mitigate bad debt expense.

Job Responsibilities

1. Administration of the daily operations of Retail Collections to achieve the goals and objectives including coaching sessions with all collection agents ensuring proper collection practices.
2. Manage the Credit Card Batch Process and understand the execution.
3. Responsible for planning motivational events in the department to create a sense of belonging.
4. Responsible for the safeguarding of the physical and electronic information of the transactions carried out by the department
5. Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the presentation of department results.
6. Responsible for the administration and supervision of the personnel.
7. Responsible for the training and support of doubts of the personnel in his charge.
8. Preparation of the pre-payroll of the personnel under your charge
9. Contact between agents and debtors for negotiation best practices
10. Responsible for requesting refunds and void credit card payments due to overcharge

### Requirements
Specialized knowledge

- Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, payment systems and insurance company guidelines. Accounting basic knowledge.
Computer knowledge

- (Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point) intermediate
Experience

- Customer Service and/or Collection experience of 1 year. Leadership experience of 1 year.
Language

- Advanced English level
