Schedule: Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling | Weekly Pay Every Friday
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one private-duty care to clients in their homes throughout Scotch Plains, NJ and the surrounding Union County area .
This per diem position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay every Friday, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily activities and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Maintain client safety and comfort
- Transport clients using the client's vehicle when required by the care plan
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to drive clients using the client's vehicle as part of the care plan
- Current physical examination
- PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray as required
- Experience preferred; newly certified HHAs are encouraged to apply
