Were looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at The Hollow , the new cocktail bar located in the lobby of Hyatt House & JDV by Hyatt The Mindaro.
The Hollow is a welcoming gathering place where Guests can enjoy craft cocktails, food, conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere. As a Bartender, youll play an important role in creating a memorable experience from the moment our Guests arrive.
Were looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in their work, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What Youll Do
- Prepare and serve quality craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to Guests
- Take orders and accurately process transactions through the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and light menu items
- Engage with Guests and create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and hotel standards
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant and hotel teams to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift

What Were Looking For
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest service
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
- Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of Guests
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality products
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification
