This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Apodaca with Signify.

- Strategic Sourcing & Cost Reduction: Develop and execute commodity/sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and drive cost-saving opportunities.
- Supplier Management: Scout, select, develop, and manage suppliers while monitoring quality, delivery, performance, sustainability, and development KPIs.
- Stakeholder & Strategy Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand technical/business requirements and translate them into supplier and supply-base strategies.
- NPDL & Supplier Involvement: Lead supplier selection, early supplier involvement, tender generation/review, and supplier strategy during the NPDL phase.
- Risk, Compliance & Procurement Excellence: Manage supplier-related risks, ensure policy/regulatory compliance, support Value Engineering/DfX initiatives, and develop mid- and long-term price forecasts.

More about you

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with strong expertise in supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Experience managing suppliers, sourcing strategies, and procurement activities.
- CPSM or equivalent professional certification is highly recommended.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
