The Dalio Center invests in research, education, and programming, and advocates for policy change to drive measurable improvements in health outcomes for all.   NYP strives to deliver the highest quality care to every patient and improve the health of all the communities we serve. NewYork-Presbyterian’s Dalio Center is a convener, collaborator and grantor, bringing together renowned experts in diverse fields to fuel change and support health justice among NewYork-Presbyterian team members, our patients, and our local communities.

Coordinator – Dalio Center Health Equity Integration- Grant Funded

This individual contributor role is responsible for providing high-level administrative and project management support to the Dalio Center for Health Justice team. The position serves as a key partner in managing daily operations, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include screening and directing telephone calls, correspondence, and visitors; coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, events, and other activities, including scheduling, communications, resource allocation, and participant engagement; and coordinating activities, resources, and timelines to support Dalio Center for Health Justice projects. The role also facilitates meetings by organizing agendas, coordinating logistics, documenting key discussions and action items, and monitoring follow-up activities to ensure projects and initiatives remain on track and progress as expected. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills are essential to effectively support executives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a grant funded position.

Preferred Criteria

- Project Management Professional (PMP)

Required Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate complex issues

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

$66,300-$89,000/Annual
