T HE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Financial Analyst to join the Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group (AECG) finance team. The ideal candidate will be the key finance partner to provide critical support in budgeting, planning, and consolidation activities specifically focused on OpEx and CapEx. In this position, you will work closely with the Senior BU Leadership Team and other stakeholders to drive the thoughtful analysis and provide valuable financial insights and guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with senior leadership team to develop annual operation plan and long-term financial plan aligned with business strategy.
- Drive discussions on financial targets, resource allocation and performance scenario analysis to facility the decision-making process.
- Work closely with business unit leaders on monthly and quarterly forecast updates. Serve as a trusted finance partner to help business partners deliver the financial targets.
- Responsible for AECG OpEx consolidation by collaborating with other finance team members, and conduct variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario analysis to support decision making.
- Provide month-end and quarter-end accounting and financial support.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline budget planning and consolidation activities
- Help drive the process improvement to increase efficiency.

PERFERRED EXPEREINCE:

- Finance and/or accounting professional experience
- Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience
- Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve
- Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

ACADEMIC CREDITIALS:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, CPA) is a plus
