Senior Scientific Program Manager
The actual location of this job is in Singapore.
Program Management (PM) is a service focused team, dedicated to the execution of customer projects delivering both new and existing Bioscience products. The broad PM role involves translating customer needs into plans, coordinating subsequent execution, managing cross functional teams and monitoring client relationship health.

What you will do:
· Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations.
· Primary internal contact for questions or issues regarding contractual obligations, client relationship health. Has detailed knowledge of all agreements (e.g. Development: Commercial, Quality etc.).
· Support agreed client facing activities for media development and non GMP pilot for the regional Bioscience facility.
· Provide support for top regional Testing clients including coordination of relationship health, risks & issues, escalations and new system installs.
· Utilize PM tools (i.e. Planview, Omni) to effectively manage new and retained product supply for assigned clients.
· Provide timely demand signals through SAP IBP forecasting as per requirements of the product type/client.
· Act as coordination point to ensure successful client visits or business reviews and perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in a Life Sciences related field or equivalent experience with commercial acumen or experience in project planning; PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience working in FDA regulated biotech/pharma industry with tried experience in a client relationship/project focused. capacity.
- Relevant business and customer interaction experience in a Life science CDMO environment.
- Knowledge base of clinical research strongly preferred, with experience of moving pharmaceutical products from clinical into commercial manufacturing environments an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to be applied at high level.
- Excellent soft skills to build proven relationship within the global network, e.g. with customers, key accounts, and program management.
