Overview

The Sr Product Execution Engineer for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for leading end-to-end product development execution from concept and sample stage through production approval and mass production readiness. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Product Execution, this role partners closely with overseas Product Development teams, Shanghai teams, designers, factories, and cross-functional partners to drive on-time, high-quality product launches. The role is based in Shenzhen or DongGuan, Guangdong and supports Crocs Sourcing and China for China product initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Own and drive the end-to-end product development process from initial concept/sample through production approval and mass production readiness; manage timelines, proactively identify risks, and ensure critical milestones are achieved with minimal escalation.

- Lead multiple complex development programs across styles, materials, and factories; anticipate and resolve technical, quality, testing, fit, and manufacturability issues through root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving.

- Act as the primary execution partner to overseas Product Development teams; provide clear technical guidance and decision-oriented feedback to factories through official comment sheets.

- Partner proactively with PDM, Quality, Costing, Planning, Testing, SCM, and other cross-functional teams to drive decisions, manage trade-offs, mitigate risks, and protect buy-ready and go-to-market timelines.

- Own Crocs quality, fit, construction, and manufacturability standards by identifying gaps, driving continuous improvement, and supporting capability building at factory level.

- Track development execution across samples, approvals, cost versus budget, and factory readiness; provide concise updates, risk flags, and key metrics to support management decision-making.

- Drive end-to-end execution of China for China product initiatives by working closely with Shanghai teams, designers, and factories to enable fast product launches and on-time delivery while ensuring robust processes, quality standards, and manufacturability requirements are met.

What You'll Bring to the Table

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Minimum 8–10 years of footwear product development or product engineering experience within a brand and/or manufacturing environment.

- Deep, hands-on understanding of the end-to-end footwear development and commercialization process.

- Proven ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive execution in fast-paced, high-change environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to lead cross-functional discussions and resolve conflicts constructively.

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
