DBS’ Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.
As a Winter Analyst, you will join one of our core functional areas — ARM, COO, Strategic Business Planning, or Product—where you will gain hands-on experience and make meaningful contributions to the business during an intensive three-month tenure.
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day responsibilities specific to your assigned track (ARM, COO, Strategic Business Planning, or Product) under the guidance of senior professionals
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and peer benchmarking to support business initiatives and client solutions
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, internal reports, or client-facing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to drive ongoing projects forward
- Engage actively in structured learning sessions, mentorship check-ins, and networking opportunities throughout the 3-month program
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management or related disciplines.
- With relevant banking experience would be advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Self-directed work ethic with the agility to pivot quickly across diverse operational or client-facing tasks
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese required, both written and verbal
- Available for full-time internship from Dec 26 to Feb 27
