The Manager of FMB drives profitable brand growth through best-in-class execution across a defined portfolio of independent Off-Premise and On-Premise accounts. The Manager, FMB is responsible for translating brand and commercial priorities into outstanding in-outlet execution that increases consumer visibility, availability, consideration, and ultimately consumer pull.

Role Responsibilities

Drive Share Growth Through In-Outlet Execution
• Deliver brand and category growth within the assigned account universe by maximizing the quality and consistency of in-outlet execution and influencing consumers at the point of purchase.

Deliver Against Distribution and Activation Goals
• Build productive distribution and execute against defined activation standards across assigned accounts.
• Including Displays, Cold Box, Shelf Placement, and Facings in the Off-Premise, and Menu and Activation in the On-Premise.

Execute the Commercial Plan Within Assigned Accounts
• Translate brand priorities, customer plans, and commercial programming into consistent execution across the key account list, ensuring programs are implemented with excellence and within agreed financial parameters.

Build Account-Level Relationships and Advocacy
• Develop strong relationships with independent retailers, operators, and decision-makers to secure incremental distribution, visibility, displays, placements, and other opportunities that strengthen brand presence and consumer conversion.

Activate Consumer Pull Through Customer Programming
• Partner with independent customers to execute consistent consumer-facing programming that drives trial, engagement, and demand for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1-5 years’ experience in the Spirits, Beer, RTD alcohol categories, with understanding of its route-to-market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of success in previous employment and/or academic pursuits.
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment, and consistently interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• Orchestration – proven track record of coordinating a group of individuals around a shared ambition and holding them accountable for performance.

The salary range for this role is $65,000- $90,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
