Our extraordinary Marketing team has an opportunity available for an experienced and energetic digital marketing specialist with a track record of digital marketing best practice, strategic delivery, segmentation, media agencies, marketing automation platforms and online channels.
This is a permanent full-time role that can be based in SYDNEY or BRISBANE.
Enough about us! What you’ll do as National Marketing Growth Manager:
Working closely with the Head of Marketing – Broadcast & Digital you’ll be responsible for driving marketing growth and retention, customer engagement, and building a high performing, future-ready digital marketing team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative and ‘world first’ digital activations, working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Functions will include:
- Leading digital acquisition strategies to grow our customer base and optimise cost per acquisition, developing strategies to grow active an addressable users, consumption, loyalty and advocacy with a plan for increasing our digital maturity
- Working closely with Marketing leaders and media agency to ensure we are booking the most effective platforms and placements, implementing efficiencies across various channels, partners and platforms
- Leading and mentoring digital marketing team members, ensuring growth goals are achieved via paid performance marketing and owned communication channels
- Managing our Customer Engagement Platform and martech partners
- Ensuring best practice use of all paid, owned and earned digital and social placements, with data-led recommendations for optimisation and creative improvements
- Analysis of performance metrics using tools like Adobe Analytics, Braze, Branch, and agency paid metrics; implement optimizations.
- Managing the timely reporting to the HOM of all efforts, ensuring we are always considering both paid metrics and business outcomes against industry and previous campaign benchmarks for context.
- Budget management for digital initiatives as required, including forecasting and reconciliation
- Ensuring all marketing roadmap items are carried out in a timely manner, and proactively propose improvements
This is what we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice, strategic delivery, segmentation, marketing automation platforms and online channels
- Data-led, digitally savvy and confident in delivering complex data into meaningful insights
- Experience in leading and building high performing teams
- Confident and effective stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, collaborative, agile and always curious
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
