Role Purpose
Support commercial growth and sales force effectiveness by delivering data-driven insights, performance analytics, CRM excellence, customer segmentation, targeting and reporting capabilities. Partner with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to improve commercial execution, business planning and decision-making across Korea.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain commercial performance reporting, dashboards and business analytics to support management decisions.
- Analyze sales, customer and account performance and provide actionable business insights.
- Support sales force effectiveness initiatives including customer segmentation, targeting, territory optimization and coverage analysis.
- Monitor sales activities, productivity metrics and KPI achievement, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support target setting, incentive measurement and commercial excellence programs.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM data quality, user adoption and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and automate reports using Excel, Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and regional stakeholders to support business reviews and planning processes.
- Drive data governance, reporting standardization and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and business recommendations to support strategic and operational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence or related functions.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Device, Healthcare, MedTech or Life Sciences industries.
- Experience with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), segmentation and targeting methodologies.
- Knowledge of sales incentive programs, commercial KPIs and performance management processes.
