Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday HCM integrations .
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Workday Studio Core Connectors Cloud Connect Workday Web Services REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop and maintain Workday reports , including: Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Composite Reports Custom Reports Calculated Fields
- Build integration transformations using technologies such as XML and XSLT .
- Configure and maintain integration-related security, including Integration System Users (ISU) and security groups.
- Perform Workday data loads, data extraction, transformation, and validation using EIB and other Workday tools.
- Work with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Create technical design documents, integration specifications, mapping documents, and deployment documentation .
- Develop integrations between Workday and external systems such as: Payroll systems Benefits providers Identity and access management systems Finance/ERP platforms Recruiting platforms Third-party HR applications
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, reporting issues, data discrepancies, and production incidents.
- Monitor scheduled integrations and resolve integration errors within agreed SLAs.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, migration, and production-support activities.
- Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and implement required technical changes.
- Follow Workday development standards, security requirements, and change-management processes.
