Key Responsibilities
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between Cadence and government agencies, ministries, or regulatory bodies.
- Policy Monitoring: Track upcoming legislation, regulatory adjustments, and political developments that could impact the organization.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with lawmakers, public officials, and community leaders.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare briefing materials, policy analyses, reports, and official correspondence for internal leadership and external presentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in government relations, public affairs, public policy, or regulatory compliance.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and diplomatic communication skills for negotiations and public presentations.
