YOUR MISSION
Position Summary: Own the design and creative execution for Puma.com, India's direct-to-consumer digital channel. This covers the website and app experience, sale and product-drop communication, CRM, and performance marketing creatives. The role turns business priorities (launches, exclusives, sale events, competitive responses) into fast, on-brand creatives that drive traffic, click-through and conversion, while staying within the global PUMA design language.
Key Objectives
- Design homepage, category and campaign banners, landing pages and PDP support assets for Puma.com and the Puma app, in line with global guidelines and localised for India.
- Deliver creatives at speed for sale events, product launches and competitive-response moments (e.g. limited-window sale plays and hero product drops) with quick turnarounds, without compromising quality.
- Create CRM assets (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) and performance marketing creatives (static, carousel, short video/animation) for Meta, Google and other paid channels.
- Build reusable templates and a modular design system for banners and communication so recurring work scales faster.
- Support the case for Puma.com's differentiated positioning (exclusives, full-price and brand-heat products) with premium, product-first visual storytelling.
- Stay current on e-commerce UX and design trends, fashion and sneaker culture, and Instagram and short-form content trends, and apply them where they lift performance.
- Test and iterate: work with Growth and Performance teams on creative variants, and learn from results.
Key Performance Indicators
- Creative performance: banner and campaign CTR, landing-page conversion, and ad-creative CTR / CVR / ROAS.
- Turnaround time and on-time delivery against the campaign calendar.
- Volume and range delivered across site, app, CRM and paid formats.
- Brand compliance and quality (minimal rework and revision cycles).
- Newness and creative testing: number of variants tested and learnings applied.
Organizational Relationships
- Internal: Puma.com Growth Managers (Performance and Lifestyle), Site Merchandisers, Content Deployment Manager, Performance Marketing, CRM, and the Marketing and Creative team.
- Global/India stakeholders: Global brand and digital teams for guidelines and asset approvals; India Marketing for campaign alignment.
- External: Agencies and freelancers for video, photography and overflow work (vendor management is a plus).
YOUR TALENT
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, fashion or a lifestyle brand.
- Strong portfolio showing web banners, campaign creatives and performance ad creatives (not only social or brand work).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma; InDesign is good to have.
- Working knowledge of motion and animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) for ad cuts, animated banners and stories/reels.
- Understanding of e-commerce UX, including mobile-first layouts, hierarchy and PDP/PLP design, and how design affects conversion.
- Awareness of how creative is measured (CTR, CVR, A/B testing), with a data-informed approach to design.
- Knowledge of current fashion, sneaker and streetwear trends, and of Instagram and short-form video as platforms.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast, deadline-driven cycles, including sale-event peaks.
- Vendor interaction and development skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback from business stakeholders.
