Software Engineer (Front-End)

What You Will Do

- Ship End-to-End: Own features from design to release—spot UX gaps early, ship core value first, log tech debt deliberately, and clean it up later.
- Partner with Product: Analyze technical feasibility, document requirements, estimate timelines, and build work plans alongside product managers.
- Empower the Team: Unblock peers through prompt PR reviews, pair programming, and hands-on coaching.
- Work Smarter with AI: Leverage AI tools for routine tasks (unit tests, docs, clarifications) to maximize time spent on core logic.
- Lead & Architect: Formulate web frontend architecture, drive tech stack decisions, and uphold engineering best practices.

What We Need From You

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience building Web Frontend applications ( ReactJS ).
- Technical Core: Strong grasp of web frontend architecture, OOP, and software design patterns.
- Product Mindset: A strong sense of ownership—treating what you ship as your own codebase is a must.
- Pragmatic Learner: Drive to learn new technologies and apply them practically to solve business problems.
- Collaborative Spirit: Outstanding problem-solving skills, open-mindedness to learn from peers, and a desire to elevate your team.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Full-stack versatility and readiness to tackle new frameworks across the stack.
- Experience deploying software on scalable cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
