About this role

We’re
looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our full marketing,
content, and PR strategy across the Middle East. You will personally lead PR
strategy and execution, shape our voice in the market, drive thought
leadership, and deliver measurable growth outcomes, while building and guiding
a high-performing team.

This
is a senior leadership role overseeing brand, communications, PR, content,
digital, events, growth, and marketing operations. You’ll shape the marketing
vision, elevate our brand, and build a high‑performing team that drives
measurable awareness, inbound demand, and revenue impact.

​Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and trends, with the ability to evaluate, recommend, and drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

What
You Will Own & Execute

1.
Marketing & Growth Leadership

- Own and
execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to business growth
targets.
- Translate
commercial objectives into clear, measurable campaigns that drive pipeline
and revenue.
- Personally
oversee and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
performance.
- Ensure
strong alignment with sales/CRM to accelerate deal velocity and quality of
leads.
- Manage and
deploy marketing budgets with a clear ROI mindset.

2.
PR & External Positioning (Primary Ownership)

- Directly
lead and execute PR strategy across the region (not delegated).
- Build and
maintain strong, personal relationships with key journalists, editors, and
media outlets.
- Secure
consistent, high-quality media coverage (tier 1 and business
publications).
- Drive
proactive media engagement, including interviews, opinion pieces, and
press opportunities.
- Own all
press releases, media kits, and announcements.
- Position
executives as visible thought leaders through strategic PR exposure.
- Lead
reputation management and crisis communication when needed.

3.
Brand & Thought Leadership

- Own the
brand narrative, tone of voice, and positioning across all markets.
- Lead the
creation of high-impact flagship content:
- Best
Workplaces Lists
- Regional
reports & insights
- Employer
branding campaigns

- Personally
ensure all content reflects authority, credibility, and influence.
- Turn
client success stories into strong storytelling assets and PR
opportunities.

4.
Content & Authority Building

- Develop
and personally drive a powerful content engine:
- Articles,
LinkedIn thought leadership, reports, videos, podcasts

- Work
directly with internal leaders to extract insights and convert them into
high-value content.
- Launch and
scale signature series (podcast/video/editorial) that build market
authority.
- Own the
editorial calendar and quality control across all content.
- Ensure
content is SEO-driven, PR-aligned, and conversion-focused.

5.
Digital, Website & Demand Generation

- Oversee
execution of integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid, and
organic channels.
- Lead and
manage the launch of the new regional website, ensuring:
- Strong
positioning, messaging, and user experience
- High-performing
conversion journeys
- Alignment
with SEO and inbound strategy

- Own
website performance as a central growth and conversion engine.
- Ensure
strong performance across:
- SEO &
organic growth
- Paid
campaigns
- Landing
pages & funnels

- Continuously
test, optimize, and scale what drives measurable growth.

6.
Events, Visibility & Market Presence

- Co-lead
all events and conferences in close collaboration with the Event &
Conference Manager.
- Ensure
flawless execution, high attention to detail, and strong brand presence
across every event.
- Drive
strategic positioning of events as marketing and PR platforms.
- Maximize
media exposure, content creation, and lead generation from each event.
- Oversee
messaging, agenda positioning, speaker preparation, and audience
engagement.

7.
Data, Performance & Accountability

- Build and
own clear marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Track
performance across PR impact, content reach, lead generation, and pipeline
contribution.
- Use data
to continuously refine strategy and decision-making.
- Report
regularly to leadership with clear insights and actionable
recommendations.

8.
Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Build,
lead, and mentor a high-performing, execution-driven marketing team.
- Ensure the
team operates with speed, accountability, and quality standards.
- Manage
agencies and freelancers with clear deliverables and performance
expectations.
- Create a
culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What
Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

- Successful
launch of the new regional website with strong conversion performance.
- Consistent
monthly PR coverage in top-tier regional media.
- Establish
Great Place to Work as a go-to expert voice in workplace culture.
- Flawless
execution of high-impact events with strong brand visibility and lead
generation.
- Launch and
sustain a high-quality content series (podcast/video) with strong
engagement.
- Deliver
3–4 flagship regional reports with strong PR traction.
- Achieve:
- +25%
growth in organic traffic
- +20–30%
increase in qualified inbound leads

- Build a
fully functioning marketing engine with clear dashboards within 60 days.
- Strengthen
executive visibility across media, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.

### Requirements
Qualifications

- 7–10+
years in marketing, with strong hands-on experience in PR and content
execution.
- Proven
track record of personally securing media coverage and building PR
pipelines.
- Experience
in website launches, rebranding, or major digital transformations.
- Strong
writing, storytelling, and content creation skills (not just oversight).
- Demonstrated
success in driving inbound growth and measurable marketing ROI.
- Deep
understanding of:
- Digital
marketing
- Content
strategy
- Lead
generation funnels

- Strong
network with regional media and journalists is a major advantage.
- Bilingual
(Arabic & English) required.

Nice
to Have

- Experience
in HR, employer branding, or culture consulting.
- Strong
personal presence on LinkedIn or as a thought leader.
- Experience
managing high-profile events or conferences.

Working
Model

- Remote
( Lebanon or Egypt ) with GCC market focus.
- Regular
regional travel for media, clients, and events.
