Job Description

- Support the delivery of customer/distribution-facing digital products (web, mobile, AI-enabled digital solutions) throughout end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including market research, business solution analysis, testing, and post-launch monitoring.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities and work closely with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, IT team to translate business needs into effective digital solutions.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage delivery activities and maintain documentations.

The Person

- Final year or penultimate year students from any disciplines, preferably majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoints and AI applications.
