The Role:

Reporting to the Director, PMO, you'll manage the scope, budget and schedule of AlayaCare implementation projects, running multiple projects of varying size and complexity. Supported by an established implementation methodology you will build your product and industry knowledge, working closely with our consultants and customers' teams to keep projects on track and customers well supported.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to permanency.

Your days will involve:

- Planning, managing and closing out assigned projects, with clear scope and success criteria agreed upfront

- Being the key point of contact for customers during implementation and building a relationship through a partnership approach

- Managing project scope, including change requests and getting sign-off on any variations

- Building estimates and schedules, tracking progress, and regular project reporting

- Managing projects within budget, and reporting on and addressing any budget deviations

- Managing resource allocation with the Professional Services leadership team,

- Identifying and managing risks throughout the project, escalating early to avoid last-minute crises

- Reporting on project health and status to all stakeholders

- Following AlayaCare's project management methodology and using the standard templates and tools

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have 3+ years' project management experience in SaaS implementation; or,

- Have SaaS implementation project management experience, or client-side implementation experience in aged, community or disability care

- Hold a PRINCE2 or similar project management certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)

- Have excellent time management and organisation — you can juggle several projects at different stages at once without dropping the ball or losing track of the detail

- Have strong stakeholder management skills and build trusted relationships with customers of varying maturity and sophistication

- Communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders, both written and verbal

- Pay close attention to detail and follow process rigorously

- Can work through ambiguity and think on your feet when things don't go to plan

- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team with a diverse range of people

Bonus points if you:

- Have basic knowledge of tools like MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet or Kantata

- Have knowledge of the aged, disability or residential care sectors

- Have process improvement skills and enjoy contributing ideas to PMO initiatives

- Have some coaching experience and enjoy supporting others on the team
