We’re looking for enthusiastic hospitality all-rounders and experienced team members across food, beverage, table service, supervisory and management roles. About the opportunity

As part of the refreshed Prince of Wales team, you’ll help create a welcoming, energetic and memorable experience for every guest.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas of the venue, with cross-training across food, beverage and service forming an important part of the role. We’re looking for adaptable team members who enjoy variety, take pride in great service and want to contribute to the success of a well-known St Kilda venue as it enters an exciting new phase.

What we’re looking for

- Hospitality all-rounders who enjoy working across different areas of a venue
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Experience in table service, beverage or high-volume hospitality
- Confident communication and a genuine passion for guest service
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service standards
- A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
- Reliability and flexibility across a 7-day roster
- Previous supervisory or management experience for senior opportunities
- Current Victorian RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
