Overview:
The Toner Reconciliation Operations Lead serves as the subject matter expert and first-level operational lead for the Toner Reconciliation process. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing escalations, conducting root cause analysis, driving process improvements, and providing technical guidance to specialists and stakeholders. The Operations Lead plays a key role in ensuring service delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to established business controls while leveraging SAP and data analysis to support reconciliation activities.

What You Will Do:

- Provide operational leadership and day-to-day support for the Toner Reconciliation process
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and stakeholder concerns
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses to resolve process and system-related issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert for reconciliation processes and SAP-related activities
- Partner with Operations Managers, Process Analysts, and business stakeholders to achieve operational objectives
- Monitor operational performance, quality metrics, and process compliance
- Identify recurring process issues and collaborate on improvement initiatives
- Support governance activities and ensure compliance with established controls and procedures
- Perform quality audits and support new process implementations and rollouts
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process and system enhancements
- Provide technical coaching, mentoring, and training to specialists and new team members
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Serve as a backup resource for operational specialists and support workload balancing when needed
- Assist management in driving service level attainment and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need to Succeed:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, operational management, and technology-enabled business processes
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or people management experience is highly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret operational data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage escalations and stakeholder relationships
- Experience in process improvement, operational governance, and quality management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment
- Willingness to work EMEA hours and support a hybrid work arrangement
