We are looking for an Regional Marketing Manager to join our team.

You will own hands-on integrated marketing delivery and performance across assigned recruitment regions. The role is designed as a single-person function locally (no direct reports), but not in isolation—working closely with central marketing teams (design, content, paid media and campaigns) who provide global frameworks, reusable assets, platform management (e.g. paid media) and strategic guidance. You will act as the first point of contact for all local marketing requests, accountable for self-serving delivery wherever possible and escalating to destination or global teams when specialist support or templates are required.

This role operates at the intersection of destination strategy and regional execution, taking strategic direction from Marketing Managers (UK / North America) and localisation guidance from Regional Directors
