What’s the role?

You'll join our Commercial Banking team in Parramatta, Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country as a full time Senior Relationship Manager supporting a diverse portfolio of business customers.

Western Sydney is one of Australia's most exciting growth regions, and you'll be at the heart of it. You'll manage an established portfolio of commercial customers while also focusing on building new relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our presence in the market.

Working closely with business owners and decision makers, you'll take the time to understand what matters most to them and provide tailored banking and lending solutions that support their ambitions. You'll partner with internal specialists, build strong referral networks and represent Westpac in the local community, helping businesses thrive and contributing to the region's ongoing growth.

What do I need?

• Strong commercial or business banking lending experience
• Confidence assessing financial information and structuring lending solutions
• Experience building and growing customer portfolios through trusted relationships
• A collaborative approach when working with internal partners and specialists
• A customer focused mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed
