Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Pan-EU FBA team (preferred location: Luxemburg or London). A successful Senior Product Manager must be able to work independently on high impact global projects, be comfortable with ambiguity, be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization and dive deep into Compliance and tax topics in the face of a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment. In close collaboration with the Pan-EU team, and other global leaders including Tech, Legal, Compliance and Ops, this role will define the compliance and tax roadmap, strategy and execution plans for the Pan EU FBA program to succeed.

• Own compliance topics within a high impact Tech-Business-Supply Chain to step change Pan-EU FBA selection and placement expansion.
• Understand the broader regulatory environment and how that should be considered by the Pan-EU product to drive placement expansion, inventory and listing optimization
• Drive Seller led insights to supplement understanding of how Pan-EU product should consider compliance topics.
• Collaborate with Tech/Business/Product/Compliance teams to ensure Pan-EU product is heard when building compliance related topics for roadmaps
• Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to further improve program adoption. Supporting recruitment teams through training/materials.
• Support go-to-market and expansion planning for new placement features on Seller Central

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce (sales or marketing)
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network
- Experience working cross-functionally and across regions
- MBA, or MS degree
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
