ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Senior General Test Lead (AI-Native Delivery Pod), in Poland, Krakow preferably.
ABOUT PROJECT
AI-Native Delivery Pod is a new cross-functional team that builds software using AI-Native engineering practices as a core part of the delivery model. You will not only define processes and technical approaches but also actively contribute through architecture design, coding, prototyping, technical leadership, consulting, and pre-sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of software testing experience, including proficiency in both manual and automated testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- doing new things and flexibility in approach is necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in shaping the pod's quality strategy and standards from the ground up
