About this role
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
## About the role
monday.com is becoming an AI Work Platform, and our Services and Tech Touch teams are at the center of making that real for customers. But transformation doesn't happen by itself — it needs enablement that's embedded, expert, and built around how teams actually work.
You'll live close to the Services and Tech Touch teams: understanding their workflows, diagnosing real gaps, and designing programs that close them. You don't take content requests at face value — and you don't default to another course. You build whatever the business actually needs, in whatever format makes it stick. And then you deliver it yourself.
This is a hands-on IC role with high ownership. You're not a coordinator. You're a practitioner who builds things that haven't been built before.
What you'll do
- Partner with the POD Lead to design and execute AI adoption programs for Services and Tech Touch teams
- Run gap analyses — understand what's actually blocking teams, not just what they ask for
- Design and build creative enablement solutions across formats: live workshops, embedded coaching, self-serve tools, scenario-based exercises, micro-learning, and more — whatever fits the problem
- Challenge the default : bring creative approaches to how people learn and apply AI — not just slide decks and sessions
- Build enablement assets grounded in real business context: playbooks, learning journeys, role-based guides, hands-on simulations
- Work alongside the team's AI Builder when a problem calls for an AI-native solution — commission, collaborate, and integrate
- Track adoption, collect feedback, iterate — treat every program as a product
- Contribute to onboarding agentification and monday Academy initiatives
- Be a genuine monday AI expert — deep enough to enable others with credibility
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Enablement, or a similar customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company
- You know how CS and Services teams actually operate — what a good customer conversation looks like and what gets in the way
- Proven experience designing varied enablement formats — you've built things beyond the standard course: a hands-on lab, a scenario-based exercise, a self-serve learning tool, a peer-coaching program. You know which format fits which problem
- Creative builder mindset — you don't default to the obvious solution. You ask what would actually change behavior, and then you build it
- AI fluency — you've worked with AI tools and understand what real adoption looks like in practice
- Excellent communicator: you can run a room, write clearly, and adapt your message by audience
- Self-directed: you identify the gap and go — no need for a detailed spec to get started
Nice to have: instructional design background; experience with interactive learning tools or simulations; monday.com familiarity
