About this role
The QC Laboratory Intern supports daily testing activities in a chemical manufacturing environment, helping to ensure that raw materials, in process samples, and finished products meet quality and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Prepare and label samples, reagents, and standard solutions.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Record test results accurately in laboratory worksheets and the QC system.
- Report unusual results, deviations, or non-conformities
- Manage sample storage, retention, and disposal according to procedures.
- Monitor stocks of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory consumables.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Support documentation, investigations and improvement activities when required.

Role Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of laboratory practices and chemical safety.
- Ability to follow test methods, SOPs, and safety instructions.
- Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
