BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Our Business Development team helps turn growth opportunities into real business impact. We work across partnerships, new initiatives, strategic projects, and market opportunities — connecting ideas, people, and execution to help the business move faster and smarter.

This is a team for people who enjoy variety, ownership, and working close to decision-making. We move quickly, work across functions, and focus on getting meaningful things done.

YOU

You are a hands-on Project Manager who knows how to bring structure to moving parts and keep initiatives on track. You are comfortable coordinating across teams, managing stakeholders, and making sure plans turn into action.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, building relationships, and keeping momentum across different business initiatives. You are proactive, organized, and confident taking ownership of day-to-day execution while staying focused on the bigger picture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring smooth execution across different business initiatives
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups across teams and stakeholders
- Work closely with different departments to keep projects aligned, moving, and clearly prioritized
- Build and manage relationships with external partners, owning day-to-day communication and coordination
- Support business development and partnership initiatives through strong project ownership and follow-through
- Research markets, partners, and relevant topics to support decision-making and ongoing initiatives
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, one-pagers, and other business materials
- Identify issues early, help coordinate solutions, and keep projects progressing efficiently
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, priorities, and next steps

WHAT WE EXPECT

- 3+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or a similar role (experience in BD, partnerships, media, or advertising is a plus)
- Strong organizational & priority management skills - ability to handle multiple stakeholders, initiatives, and deadlines simultaneously
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of execution
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort communicating with external partners
- Comfortable with delivering presentations
- Ability to quickly understand new topics, business contexts, and ways of working
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

GROSS SALARY

- From 2900 EUR/month . Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
