What you’ll do:

You'll join our established Graduate Programme in London, designed to give you everything you need to become a standout Technology Consultant. You’ll be implementing real-world AI, Data and Cloud solutions for clients across sectors including legal, health & life sciences, media, travel, and more. You'll gain hands-on experience building complex AI and agentic solutions as well as working across the wider Data and CRM landscape. Our programme evolves to keep pace with new and emerging technology, so you'll always be learning what's new and innovative in the world of tech.

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for 2027 graduates with the passion and potential to thrive in Technology Consulting. Specifically, we are looking for:

- Graduates from STEM degree programmes, for example, computer science, engineering or physics.
- Demonstrable experience in at least one general-purpose, object-oriented or enterprise software development language, e.g. Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, built through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Individuals with a passion for Technology, Innovation, AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning.
- Analytical thinkers with a strong problem-solving ability.
- People who are ambitious self-starters, proactive and able to take ownership of their work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate effectively and adapt to dynamic client environments.
- Individuals who value honesty, openness and integrity, and who are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Team players who care deeply about the quality of their work, their clients, and their colleagues, who want to be part of building something great.

Application Process:

Our graduate application process is designed to get to know you and for you to get to know us. Choosing your first role is a big decision, and we want to make sure it's the right fit for both of us.

Stage 1: Submit your CV via our Careers Page . We'll review your application and respond within one week.

Stage 2: If shortlisted, you'll have a video interview with a member of our recruitment team. We'll talk about your interests, your goals, and why you think this role and ThirdEye is right for you.

Stage 3: At this stage there will be a technical interview, which involves a conversation with one of our team about your technical experience. It's an opportunity for us to understand how you think, see the skills you've built so far, and get a sense of your enthusiasm for tech.

Stage 4: Attend an in-person Assessment Day at our London office. You'll meet current grads, team members and some of our office dogs! You'll find out more about life at ThirdEye and complete a series of assessments. Come prepared to ask us lots of questions.

Regardless of the outcome, you'll receive constructive feedback after the process.
