As a Product Associate in Chase Travel Services team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities

- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap

- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making

- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals

- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches

- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value

- Partners with the Area Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

- Supports the collection of data analytics, user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development with significant focus on an API-first product portfolio by working with Engineering, Design & other stakeholders leveraging Enterprise AI toolset and Manages Sprint Backlog, Trade-offs, Agile ceremonies & ensures n+2 sprint readiness with focus on Definition of Ready (DoR) quality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area

- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle

- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- Experience building scalable & performant systems

- Experience in Usage and SDLC of API Products in a Cloud Model

- Experience in Product Management for building scalable APIs with resiliency is highly desired

- Has good understanding of Artificial Intelligence & underlying technologies to operationalize AI products to demonstrate productivity improvements
