Job Purpose
As part of the Purchasing team, the apprentice will support the Purchasing Data Manager in improving data quality, supporting analytical solutions, and developing new decision-making tools for Procurement stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of procurement and supplier data.
- Provide first-level functional support for Data Products, dashboards, and reporting solutions used by Procurement teams.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboard mock-ups and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Contribute to the exploration, prototyping, and evaluation of Artificial Intelligence solutions aimed at automating analyses, improving data quality, and enhancing Procurement Analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with Data Managers and actively contribute to the Data Community.
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of data issues, as well as in enhancing the user experience of analytical solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Curiosity and strong interest in data.
- Fluency in English.
