Your responsibilitiesYou will lead and motivate your team with dedication and create an inspiring, positive working environmentYou will ensure that all operational processes in the shop run smoothly, efficiently and with a focus on customer serviceYou will advise on and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion, and look after both our regular and new customers to the highest standardPreparing and following up on orders, as well as actively supporting this process, also fall within your remitYou keep a close eye on stock levels at all times, coordinate orders and ensure optimal product presentation in line with the brand’s image
Your profileYou have extensive experience in selling high-quality women’s clothing, as well as some initial management experience as a Store Manager (m/f/d)You are characterised by a strong customer focus and a genuine enjoyment of working with peopleWith your confident, positive manner and high level of self-motivation, you inspire both customers and your teamYou embody and convey the Marc Cain way of life authentically and with conviction
