About this role

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Model Development and Project Coordination Specialist to work in our Finance Division.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources.

What you’ll do in the role

- Support project coordination, helping to track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Assist with the development and enhancement of forecasting models and methodologies used in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Help improve existing models and support the creation of new models used to forecast balance sheet and net revenue.
- Support testing, automation, documentation, and presentation of model enhancements.
- Coordinate with Finance, modelling, technology, and other teams during the model development process.
- Work with market, macroeconomic, financial, and business data
- Help prepare project updates, meeting materials, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support quarterly monitoring of existing model performance, including tracking results and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to process improvements, better documentation, and more efficient ways of working.

What you’ll bring to the role

- Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, project coordination, modelling, or a related area.
- Interest in financial forecasting, data analysis, and project delivery.
- Basic understanding of statistical modelling, forecasting, econometrics, or quantitative methods is helpful.
- Familiarity with R, Python, SQL, or other data tools is nice to have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and help deliver work on time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with different teams and building effective working relationships.
- Confident command of English.
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting, macroeconomic planning, balance sheet forecasting, or stress testing is an advantage.
