About the Role

As a Business Development Manager – IBM Software , you will be responsible for driving the growth of the IBM Software portfolio in Hungary . Working closely with IBM, channel partners, customers, and internal teams, you will develop business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and increase market share across the IBM Software ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, partner management, solution selling, and strategic account growth , and who wants to make a direct impact on the success of a leading technology vendor.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute business growth plans for the IBM Software portfolio in Hungary.
- Build and manage relationships with IBM, partners, resellers, and key customers .
- Identify and develop new business opportunities , driving pipeline growth and market expansion.
- Create and execute vendor business plans , aligning IBM objectives with TD SYNNEX strategy.
- Negotiate deals, rebates, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability and growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive partner engagement, customer adoption, and revenue growth .

What We're Looking For

- Experience in business development, channel management, vendor management, or strategic sales within the IT industry.
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions , ideally within the IBM ecosystem or a similar vendor environment.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, partner development, and account management .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, business plans, and pipeline management .
- Fluent Hungarian and English .
