Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento HR & Organization come HR PMO.
Principali responsabilità
· Supportare la pianificazione, il coordinamento e il monitoraggio di progetti HR
· Collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali nella gestione di iniziative trasversali
· Predisporre analisi, reportistica e presentazioni a supporto del management
· Monitorare KPI e avanzamento progettuale, identificando eventuali aree di miglioramento
· Supportare attività e progetti di Compensation & Benefit
· Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e delle milestone progettuali
· Contribuire all'ottimizzazione e alla digitalizzazione dei processi HR
· Gestire la raccolta, l'analisi e la sintesi dei dati necessari al supporto decisionale
Requisiti
· Laurea in ingegneria o economia
· Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli di Project Management Office, Project Coordination o funzioni HR con forte esposizione a progetti
· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1), scritta e parlata
· Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Excel e PowerPoint
· Esperienza con attività di analisi dati, reporting e monitoraggio KPI
· Capacità di gestire contemporaneamente più progetti e stakeholder

We are looking for a professional to join the Finance, Control & Credit Department, within the Gaming Machine Financial Guarantee area.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with insurance brokers and reference banks in relation to guarantees
- Interacting with partners and their banks/insurance companies to ensure that guarantees comply with company standards, as well as monitoring insurance and bank guarantees and activating the processes required for renewals/adjustments in accordance with the applicable timelines and procedures
- Managing the enforcement of bank and insurance guarantees, as well as releases and discharges
- Managing and properly archiving guarantees, also through the tools and systems provided by the company (SAP, Portal, BPM, etc.)
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and summaries
- Supporting the Credit, Pre-litigation and Legal functions in the recovery of outstanding/doubtful receivables and assisting in the management of litigation cases
- Ensuring the definition of the operating processes underlying each new activity within the area
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent ability to manage and handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, results-oriented approach, natural problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with external customers and internal colleagues
- Ability to work in a team and manage stressful situations
- Preferred qualifications: Degree in Law or Economics, knowledge of the English language and familiarity with virtual assistance tools (e.g. Copilot)
