With a strong understanding of operational procedures, the specialist will identify process improvement opportunities. Additionally, they will provide technical assistance, perform witness activities during testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any non-conformances. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, with a strong understanding of operational procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and minimize errors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, such as Oracle (ERP) system.
- Good understanding of engineering specifications and quality standards, including API, ISO, and ASTM.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant productivity software.
