Ensure data quality in the CMDB and governance across all CI classes

Your chance

- Monitor and report on data quality of the whole CMDB, both for Configuration Items and Assets

- Collaborate with CI owners to correct data or update data

- Support integrations and automation initiatives, give input for continuous improvement

- Conduct training sessions and awareness programs in close collaboration with Configuration and Asset manager

Your personality

- Experience in data management and ITSM environments

- Knowledge of CMDB tools and data modeling

- Strong analytical skills and structured working approach

- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
