About this role
Your main responsibilities:
As a Senior Partner Logistics Support Specialist, you will join a team executing a strategic First Mile logistics project for Partners and third-party carriers (3P).
This is a unique role combining key Partner management tasks with deep expertise in courier processes. Your main goal will be supporting Partners and carriers, building long-term business relationships, and optimizing their logistics processes based on data analysis.
Your main responsibilities:
- Relationship management and advisory: maintaining daily contact with key Partners and carriers (3P), ensuring their satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Proactive process optimization: continuously analyzing Partner shipping volumes and profiles, and proposing more optimal logistics solutions.
- Working with data: independently tracking and analyzing logistics metrics using analytical tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets).
- Performance monitoring: measuring quality and handling operational/business requests via ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- First Mile projects: collaborating cross-functionally on implementing and enhancing courier logistics solutions.
- Ownership: taking full accountability for the assigned partner portfolio and proposals for implementing new logistics solutions.
This is the right job for you if:
- You have operational and commercial experience in key partner management as a Partner Support Specialist or in a similar role within the courier logistics / CEP / e-commerce industry.
- You have strong knowledge of the courier services market and the specifics of First Mile processes.
- You can work with large datasets, independently draw conclusions, and translate them into business recommendations.
- You have practical knowledge of analytical and reporting tools (including Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets) as well as CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- You can easily build B2B relationships and have a passion for working with people.
- You are responsible, proactive, and capable of managing their tasks and working time independently.
