Warehouse Coordinator - Level IV - SHOP

Job Summary:
Acts as a formal resource coordinating others. Coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
Teamwork
Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Ensures training completion in line with business requirements.
Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

- Manage end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, staging, and dispatch.
- Lead and manage a large team of 3PL associates, operators, and shift in-charges across multiple shifts.
- Plan manpower deployment based on workload, production requirements, and daily priorities.
- Monitor 3PL partner performance against agreed SLA/KPIs .
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply to production and timely dispatch to customers.
- Ensure inventory accuracy , cycle counting, reconciliation, and timely closure of discrepancies.
- Control FIFO, bin discipline, material identification, traceability, Self life tracking and system transactions.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilization, material stacking, and storage conditions.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS, 5S, SOP, WI and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular 3PL performance reviews and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor productivity, overtime, absenteeism, manpower efficiency, and 3PL operating costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, automation, and productivity improvement.
- Handle escalation of operational issues and coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Drive daily management systems such as shift meetings, KPI reviews, Gemba walks, and action tracking .
- Develop team capability through training, skill matrices, and cross-training.
- Lead preparation and readiness for IATF 16949, HSEMS, Safety, Environmental, Internal, Customer audits.
- Ensure business continuity through effective manpower and operational backup plans.
- Lead process improvement and IT projects focused on improving operational efficiency, automation, cost reduction, traceability, and overall process performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and analytical tools.
