About this role

### About the role
As a Product Manager for Store Portal, you will join our dynamic Store Platform team. You will lead the vision, strategy and execution of Store Portal across different Applications and services on-boarded on Store Platform as well as Retail Platform, including Device Management, Configuration management, Asset Management etc. Working with domain Product Managers, understanding end to end customer journeys as well as other consumers across the Group (UK, ROI, Central Europe). You will play a critical role in transforming how we manage these services today, drive strategic change and enable a unified approach that delivers seamless, ’ self-serve, and scalable solutions that are flexible yet leverage standardization and built on common design language. You will own and evolve the Platform's Interaction layer ecosystem to enable a unified approach that helps reduce cognitive load, improves time to deliver and drives adoption across teams Store Technology as well as Retail Platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Program team, you will deliver measurable improvements in colleague experience, operational efficiency and business outcomes.

### You will be responsible for
• Define clear strategy for Store Portal, work with all the stakeholders and drive alignment as well as adoption. • Be the parter of choice that provides front end for various services offered as part of Store Platform. • Adopt and drive innovative approach enabling the power of a platform approach in terms of speed of delivery, consistency,ease of use, & best value for money for Tesco • Be the thought leader in an area of colleague experience, single pane of glass view, work with other teams as well as engineering to ensure the offering is backed by an architecture that enables repeatability, scalability & secure capability. • Develop deep understanding of end-to-end use cases with respect to different personas & work with Backend products to ensure deliverables are aligned to broader objectives & outcomes • Follow agile product management practices, breakdown complex product requirements, maintain a prioritised product backlog, run key ceremonies to enable the development teams to deliver valuable product increments with optimal risk and effort. • Lead product discovery and experimentation, defining MVPs, validate hypotheses, and scale successful features • Be accountable for product performance, adoption, and OKRs, using data to continuously improve outcomes • Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Product teams to design, build, and iterate required solutions with clear value proposition • Manage and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams, aligning priorities and navigating dependencies • Demonstrate the features of the product to different audiences in the wider and immediate Tesco teams, building awareness of the product and its capabilities.

### You will need
• Strong experience in understanding & defining E2E workflows, ability to articulate problem statement & translate into working product that are loved by consumers, focus on improving user journeys and experiences • Expertise in product management practices and tools for roadmap planning, backlog management, prioritisation, and agile delivery. • Ability to phase out delivery based on maximizing the value realization • Deep understanding of data-driven product development & decision making, including experimentation and A/B testing. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Understanding of how large technology systems interact and how to monitor product health (e.g. uptime, performance metrics etc.) • Proficient with API driven development, micro-service architecture • Proficiency with day to day tools e.g. Jira, Aha!, Confluence, Figma, MIRO etc.
