Role Overview

We are seeking an  Energy Systems Supervisor  to join  KEBE Group  and drive energy efficiency across our manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the  CEO , you will optimise energy use, oversee renewable energy assets and lead projects that reduce costs and support more sustainable manufacturing.

Core Responsibilities

- Optimise electricity and natural gas use across our factories, implementing and managing energy monitoring systems to identify savings and improve performance.

- Oversee renewable energy assets and projects, including  wind farms , ensuring efficient operation.

- Lead energy efficiency projects across production facilities and utility infrastructure, working closely with  Production and Maintenance teams .

- Evaluate energy supply contracts, manage energy costs, forecasts and budgets, and report on energy and sustainability performance.

- Support energy and sustainability policies and oversee compliance with relevant energy regulations.

- Manage energy-related  research and innovation programmes , coordinating partners, deliverables and timelines.

What We're Looking For

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in  Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Systems or Industrial Engineering .

- Experience in  industrial energy management and energy efficiency , with knowledge of sustainability practices.

- Proficiency in implementing and managing  energy monitoring systems .

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage  complex technical projects .

- A solid understanding of  energy regulations and licensing processes .
