Key Responsibilities
Project Cost & CAPEX Control
- Supervise project budgeting, spending, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) tracking.
- Review project financial reports and ensure cost alignment with approved budgets.
- Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights for budget optimization.
- Support management in project-related financial planning and forecasting.
Operational Finance & Cost Management
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reimbursement, invoice verification, and payment processing.
- Ensure all expenses are properly documented, approved, and aligned with internal policies.
- Maintain payment tracking and ensure timely settlement with vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor company spending across departments to ensure financial discipline.
SOP & Process Governance
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial SOPs for payment processing, project spending, and approval workflows.
- Ensure consistent adherence to internal control standards and audit compliance.
- Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise Finance Operations staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial activities.
- Coordinate closely with project, procurement, and accounting teams for budget control and cost validation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, cost control, or project finance.
- Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX management and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving mindset.
