Individual contributor role supporting US geography
Willingness to work in afternoon shift (4 PM IST onwards) for maximum US coverage
Collect, clean, and maintain data from various sources while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security
Develop and maintain databases, automated data processes, and operational trackers
Utilize advanced Excel for data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, charting, and MIS report creation
Provide performance metrics and KPIs through MIS reports following best practices
Manage and organize department email inbox with proper archiving and filing systems
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and updating SOPs
Strong multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven team player with ability to work independently
